AutoSmart Insurance policyholders can now make payments at Paymaster locations islandwide.
AutoSmart, underwritten by General Accident Insurance (Jamaica) Limited (GenAc), as a registered payee through Paymaster offers clients another level of convenience.
“With this arrangement, our clients can now visit any Paymaster location as well as online to pay their insurance premiums,” explained Lesley Miller, chief information officer at GenAc. “We are committed to adding greater convenience for our customers,” she added.
For Paymaster in-branch transactions, clients are required to present their names, tax registration number (TRN) and the policy number to the teller.
Online payments require clients to register on the Paymaster website depending on their locations.
Locally, registration details can be found at www.paymaster-online.com, while overseas payees must visit https://my.paymaster-online.com and follow the related instructions.
Clients can also visit www.autosmartja.com for information and policy guidance.
